White Tiger is dedicated in teaching our youth about Martial Arts.  This
program allows non-martial artists of any age to come to class and learn
about TaeKwonDo.  TaeKwonDo has its own class with optional testing for a
higher belt at the end of the session.
This class is for those that know very little about martial arts.  They are an introduction style class only.

Throughout my service to the Winfield Police Department, I have adopted the title of
defense trainer.  Although this title is more than less personally adopted, I take
training seriously.  I have been with Controlled F.O.R.C.E. since 1998.  I love the
system and there is a lot of advantages in knowing it.  We utilize the training in
Hapkido and I suggest if you are a law enforcement officer to consider putting
Controlled Force on your tool belt.
Women's Rape Seminar
Rape Seminar
In this class women learn to defend themselves against rape.  These techniques are
designed specifically to women. The class consists of Escapes, Guarding the Body, and
Correct Body Positioning.  Also included are preventive measures, safeguarding for travel,
legal aspects, liability issues, and observation techniques.

 Kubaton Training

 Liability Training and Takedowns

 Ground Defense and Rape Defense Tactics
